Personal Data to be Processed
In accordance with our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, the following personal data may be processed:
Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number, Company Information, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Entry and Exit Time, Purpose of Visit, Information of the Person to Be Visited, Vehicle Make, Model, Color, License Plate Number, and CCTV Footage.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed to ensure the security of our company and its annexes, as well as to maintain the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of individuals related to our company, in line with the data processing conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and private organizations, limited to the purposes stated above and within the framework of the data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through physical means during your visit to our company and its annexes, based on the legal ground of our legitimate interest, and in accordance with the data processing conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
As a data subject, you are entitled to the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

Depending on the nature of your request, it will be concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days. If the process incurs an additional cost, you may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
